TGCC will run the following club championship tournaments this season:

  • Women’s Doubles Championships (A&B flights)
  • Men’s Doubles Championships (A& B flights)
  • Mixed Doubles Championships (A& B flights)
  • Boy’s 17 & Under Singles Championships
  • Girl’s 17 & Under Singles Championships
  • Boy’s 13 & Under Singles Championships
  • Girl’s 13 & Under Singles Championships
  • Women’s Singles Championships (A & B flights)
  • Men’s Singles Championships (A & B flights)

Club Championship Dates:

 

2010 Club Tournaments.

                           TGCC Mixed Doubles Club Championship Tournaments:

  A & B flights will begin play the week of June 14th.  Teams will have 2 weeks to play each round. All matches will consist of 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring. The Championship Finals for A & B flights will be held on Sunday, August 2nd (rain date: Sunday, August 9th).

  To enter, sign up at the pro shop bulletin board by June 9th.    Draws will be posted on the pro shop bulletin board by June 12th. The staff and/or club tournament chair, Jan Wieczynski will contact participants to confirm first round matches. Once opponents are determined, participants are responsible for contacting each other to schedule their match within the 2 week time frame. Once a time is finalized teams must contact the pro shop so the staff can put the scheduled date and time on the draw sheet and make sure a court is reserved for the match. Any cases of conflicts or difficulties scheduling a match within the 2 week period will be subject to review by the club tournament chairman to determine any necessary defaults. Teams that do not adhere to the tournament schedule of matches may be defaulted.  

             

TGCC Women’s & Men’s Club Championship Doubles Tournaments:

             A & B flights will begin play the week of July 5th. Teams will have 2 weeks to play each round. All matches will consist of 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring. The Championship Finals for the Women’s and Men’s A & B flights will be held on Sunday, August 22nd. (rain date: Sunday, August 29th)

 To enter, sign up at the pro shop bulletin board by July 1st. Draws will be posted by July 3rd  on the pro shop bulletin board. The staff and/or club tournament chair, Jan Wieczynski will contact participants to confirm first round matches. Once opponents are determined, participants are responsible for contacting each other to schedule their match within the 2 week time frame. Once a time is finalized teams must contact the pro shop so the staff can put the scheduled date and time on the draw sheet and make sure a court is reserved for the match.               A and B flights will be begin play the week of August 2nd . Individuals will have 2 weeks to play each round. All matches will consist of 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. The Women’s and Men’s Singles Club Championship Finals for A and B flights will be held Sunday, September 5th (rain date: Sunday, September 12th).

              To enter, sign up by July 28th. Draws will be posted by July30th on the pro shop bulletin board. The staff and/or club tournament chair Jan Wieczynski will contact participants to confirm first round matches. Once opponents are determined, participants are responsible for contacting each other to schedule their match within the 2 week time frame. Once a time is finalized participants must contact the pro shop so the staff can put the scheduled date and time on the draw sheet and make sure a court is reserved for the match.
