Rules & Regulations

1. USABILITY OF COURTS

The tennis courts are for the use of members and their guests, and for individuals who are guests of the Club. To permit proper maintenance, courts may not be used before 8:00 a.m. or during any other periods specifically set aside for maintenance work. The Tennis Professional or the Grounds Committee will determine if the courts are unusable for any other reason and will designate this condition by posting “Do not play on the Court” signs. Playing on a court that is soft or wet can cause permanent damage. In the event of wet conditions due to inclement weather, the Tennis Professional may, at his discretion, close the courts. Please call the Pro Shop to check conditions of the courts.

2. GUESTS

Members may bring guests to play on any day. The member must register each guest on the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. Guest fees are charged at the rate of $3.00 on weekdays and $5.00 on weekends and holidays. No individual may use the courts as a guest more than two days in any given month. Those individuals who are overnight houseguests of members may use the courts on a maximum of seven consecutive days. It is the Tennis Professional’s responsibility to sign up any guest(s) who are not recorded on the bulletin board. Sunday mixer guests are allowed free of charge between the hours of 4:00pm – 6:00pm with a limit of 2 times per month per guest.
